The Happy Hounds Dog Walk committee would like to thank all of the generous sponsors of the 2011 Happy Hounds Dog Walk. The walk was a huge success and we were able to meet our goal of creating a dog park in Rockford. We still have some additional amenities that we hope to make happen and with your help we will do that.

The planning for the 2012 Happy Hounds Dog Walk is taking place now
and proves to be bigger and better than last year. This year's
event will take place on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Rockford
Community Cabin.
Last year the Happy Hounds Dog Walk dedicated all of funds raised to the development of the Rockford Dog Park. The dog park is now open, but enhancements will continue to happen through out the summer. This year's walk will again benefit the Rockford Dog Park, but will also support a human charity! The Board of Directors for the Dog Walk are looking for organizations that it can support. If you are involved with a charitable organization that is dedicated for the health and wellness of individuals in the Northern Kent County, please click on our links page tab and complete and submit a proposal for support.
